The Flowline EchoPod DL14 ultrasonic level sensor is a general purpose, non-contact ultrasonic level sensor for small tanks (49.2″ or less). The Flowline EchoPod ultrasonic level sensor combines switch, controller, and transmitter capabilities in one package providing a total solution for fluid handling and automation. By combining these functions, the Flowline EchoPod ultrasonic level sensor enables flexible design applications for system integration or retrofit while replacing floats, conductance and pressure sensors that fail due to dirty, sticking and scaling media.
The Flowline EchoPod ultrasonic level sensor features a rugged PVDF enclosure that is well suited for a wide range of corrosive, waste or slurry type media, and can be broadly selected for atmospheric day tank, process vessel or dispenser, pump lift station, and waste sump applications. Level indication can be monitored via a local display or controlled through a PLC.
The Flowline EchoPod ultrasonic level sensor utilizes 4 relays and 4-20 mA output for multiple control / switch functions allowing the EchoPod to be your total solution.
The Flowline EchoPod ultrasonic level sensor is user configured via WebCal® PC user interface software through the optional FOB interface module (LI99-2001, which is required to configure the EchoPod. This tool can configure multiple sensors). Configuration files can be easily created, saved, copied into one or more units, emailed or modified. A PDF wiring schematic is available for each configuration of the Flowline EchoPod ultrasonic level sensor.
